Wonderful staff

the location, the staffs were friendly

bathtub was not really 4 stars, the perfume in the lobby was actually disturbing. It was strong and smells like cheap one.

This hotel is located in a very strategic location and easy to reach. The main road in Jogja is strategic but not too crowded like Jalan Malioboro. I really like the location of this hotel. The strength of this hotel lies in its location and its staff, although I saw some staff who were quite old but still friendly and agile (concierge and FO), on the other hand there were others who were still easygoing but not too passionate about helping guests.

I realize the hotel is over 20 years old but unfortunately the long term maintenance doesn't seem to be going well. The toilet pipe was leaking and the white caulk showed it had been patched multiple times. When it was repaired by Engineering, the leak was resolved but the jet spray flowed without water pressure. Tea and coffee making facilities look very old. Stains stuck to the bottom of the kettle, kettle is dull yellow, 2 cups which are also dull. It's all impressively old and looks dirty. The 2 bath towels were of a slightly different color because one was soft white and the other was old and dull white. The color of the pillowcases and sheets is dull white and looks old. Old hotels don't always mean worse than new hotels, if this hotel improves especially on the facilities in the rooms, it will definitely still be an option. Because after all, over 20 years it's time to rejuvenate. The level of cleanliness and accuracy in cleaning the room needs to be improved. Food variety on the breakfast is met y expectation, however I was disappointed when I ordered a drink at the bar, the avocado juice was very runny and no better than the juice in the food court at the mall. But I love your Latte. Thank You!

Room was suitable, Location to my destination was great

The power outages were inconvenient. If I were to come with my wife I would need a room where there was no mould in the bathroom silicon to avoid respiratory issues

We had quite room. Room was clean and nice. Hotel is in good area.

SPA does not working, we went to another hotel for massage. Breakfest was not for Europians.

The service was good. They do extra miles to provide my request.

Some buttons on the lift are broken. It could potentially hurt the finger when pressing the button.

the location is in the center. we got room with balcony and pool view, the bedroom is big for twin bed. the breakfast is okay. we enjoyed our stay in Novotel Yogyakarta

Good breakfast and excellent cakes! The location is great, a central location in Yogyakarta. There's a shopping mall next to the hotel and also a hospital just across the road. The room was clean as expected.

The check in time is a bit long. There was only one reception staff and a bit of a queue.
